Valid PassportYou must have a passport which has at least six months expiry. Education QualificationBefore applying to the Visa Application, make sure you have translated all the Burmese Version of Certificates, Transcripts and the training Certificates as well. Make sure the solicitor you translated is accepted by the Embassy. IELTS Test Report FormFor student Visa, IELTS Test result is compulsory, so that you must sit the exam. You can have information about the test in British Council (B.C.). As in the checklist mentioned, the result should not be more than 2 years. Therefore, it is better to take the exam just before applying the Visa. But make some plans as it will take at least 2 weeks for the results to come out. Household RegistrationMake sure you have the Household registration in hand when you apply the Visa and some copies. If the sponsor is not under the same Household registration, you must need to show the relationship with him/her by showing certain documents. Police ClearanceIt is better to get the approved from police when it is close to apply the Visa. National Registration CardPlease keep the I.D card with you when you are preparing to apply the Visa. Even you have to extend or change to the adult holder, please apply this after the Visa. Otherwise it will have some problems when you are talking with the Embassy. Evidence of financial capacityIn this case, you have to show the required amount of money for your study in the bank. This will include the tuition fees, the living cost and the general expenses. Make sure you have the enough amount for above fees and put the money in the bank at least 3 months. It can be fully three months when you apply the Visa not even a day differ. Otherwise, the Embassy will ask you come again when the bank account become over 3 months. Also when you save your money, there are some banks that the Australian Embassy does not accept. So please make sure that the bank you are contacting is acceptable. |
