-IELTS or TOEFL

-The ACADEMIC level – the 10th standard or GCE O or A level

IELTS is compulsory in applying the student of Australia. You need at least 6.0 of Band Score for the university study and minimum of 5.5 in TAFE or the diplomas. But the Score cannot be less than 5.0 or you will be rejected. The best thing you can make sure is check in your school website how much band score they ask.

You may have to graduate at least the 10th standard in Myanmar. If you are interested in or are doing GCE O or A level, it is also a good idea. But there are some students who did the GCE O Level in Myanmar and they got the high grade in there, but still the universities here are asking them to attend the Foundation Year or University Preparation Course for a year or 9 months. It is because they regard that GCE A Level is required for the university entry so that before you sit or prepare any exam, please check with the university. It is the university who makes decision so please have contact with the university you want to study frequently.
